After all the demos & mp3s back & forth, it’s great to finally have Barry Crocker in the Studio laying down the final vocals for “Shine a Light”…
The vocal session for Barry Crocker took place at Underfoot Studios in Sydney with Michael Hardwick. I did all of the pre-production work & the tracking of my vocals in Adelaide.
It was cool to be able to hook up with Barry & Michael in Sydney during the vocal session whilst I was sitting in my studio here in Adelaide – it’s a great era we live in for music creation!
Now that I’ve got my hands on Barry’s new vocal takes, I’m ready to work on the final production of the track. The remake will also include some of the vocals recorded by Barry Crocker from the original version of “Moonbeams” in 1977. I’ll keep you posted.
