Dino Jag has been invited to join an elite lineup of international recording artists set to appear on a series of recordings which will pay homage to the music of The Beatles. The recordings will showcase the magnificent fusion of jazz, rock & funk arrangements by French pianist/composer/arranger & producer Christophe Violland (pictured).
Other guests confirmed to appear on the recordings so far include such luminaries as Alan Gorrie (Average White Band), Tom Bowes (Tower Of Power / Funk Filharmonik), Carmen Grillo (Tower Of Power), Larry Hoppen (Orleans) & Mark King (Level 42).
There is talk that Dino Jag may be singing “Fool On The Hill” for the second album in the series to be titled “FrenchBlackBirds”. Stay tuned for more news as it comes to hand.
